Are all jewelry items made of real sterling silver?
Yes. We do not sell items containing "German silver" or "nickel silver". These are actually nickel/copper alloys with a silvery appearance that contain absolutely no silver. We strive to bring you the highest in quality!

Are all of the gemstones genuine?
Absolutely! Some vendors try to trick their customers by using stone trade names, when in actuality these names can be completely misleading. For example, Pacific moonstone is not moonstone at all; it's a type of naturally polished quartzite found on west coast beaches that have similar features to that of moonstone. The stones are 100% genuine, as advertised!

What is the shipping method?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 2 - 3 business days to arrive. We try to send out the order within two days of processing the order (if paying by check or money order, we will process the order once we have received the payment). We will send you a confirmation e-mail once it has been shipped. All items are insured.

Do you offer a return policy?
Yes. If for any reason you are not pleased with the item, you have 7 days to send it back. We will refund your money, excluding shipping costs.
